LEGAL INFORMATION ON RETURNING GOODS
For legal entities, all products are covered by a 12-month warranty period. Goods that are of good quality and in conformity with the order are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. The right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 (fourteen) days does not apply to legal entities.
Defective goods must first be presented to the Seller or the Seller’s after-sales service and only if it is found that the goods cannot be repaired, they shall be replaced and/or returned.
The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer. In the event of a refund, no refund shall be made for the delivery of the goods. The money for the goods shall be refunded to the Buyer only after the goods have actually been returned to the Seller.
The provisions of Articles 6.333 and 6.335 of the Civil Code shall apply to the quality of the goods and the warranty period.
Disputes about the quality of the goods, returns and other terms of sale shall be settled in accordance with the procedure set out in the Sale and Purchase Rules.
